Pick & Pay (Fgura Store)
"Pick & Pay" is an option for customers who find something they like from our online store, but are not quite sure about the size or cannot imagine how it looks on them. With this policy one is able to visit our store in Fgura and try on the selected item first hand, with the option of not buying it if not to one's liking. For one to be eligible to pick up the selected item the customer must bring with him/her a printed version order confirmation email or show the confirmation email via smartphone/tablet. The customer will have up to 30 working days (Saturday counted as working day) to pick up the selected item, failure to do so will result in the order being cancelled and put back in stock.

MaltaPost Registered Secure Delivery
Free of charge service by MaltaPost on all orders submitted before 12:00CET between Monday and Friday, and 10:00CET on Saturdays, will be delivered within the next two working days.
MaltaPost Registered Secure Delivery delivers to ground floor recipients only, customers who live in apartments that are not at ground floor will have to go and pick their package up at their closest Post Office.
